Sets out the maximum height restriction applying to building, trees and structures to maintain operational safety for Tauranga Activities. Structures must not exceed a height indicated by the Airport Height Areas and Approach Surfaces unless an aeronautical study (in accordance with Civil Aviation guidelines) determines the proposal would not adversely affect the safety or significantly affect the regularity of aviation operations.
The data should not be supplied to clients. They can only access this in a form of a map (e.g City Plan map)
The data and its attributes are survey accurate as the data doesn't change. The data was originally a coverage and was in New Zealand Map Grid. |
